Client names, logos and trademarks shown on the Site remain the property of their respective owners and appear with their permission.
Client work and results
The case studies and figures presented on the Site describe real projects over defined periods. They are provided for information only.
Results are not guaranteed. Performance depends on your market, your sector, your budget, competitive conditions and factors outside our control. Nothing on the Site constitutes a promise, warranty or projection of results for any future engagement.
Client engagements
Any services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement setting out scope, deliverables, fees, timelines and ownership of work product. Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer or forms a contract.
Our standard position, subject to that agreement: you own what we build for you — source code, domain names, advertising accounts and contact data.
Third-party platforms

Changes to their policies, algorithms, pricing or availability may affect results, and we are not responsible for those changes.
Disclaimer of warranties
