Budget doubled, profitability held, on the same account
The account was already running. Nobody was steering it. In fifteen days, with no new tool and no new media agency, generated revenue rose 56 % — on double the budget, still profitable.

Search vs Performance Max campaign comparison
Where they started
Three venues, a live Google Ads account, and revenue declining steadily since January.
Campaigns were running unmanaged. Brand queries weren't excluded, which meant paying for customers who were coming anyway. Search and Performance Max had never been compared. And the budget stayed frozen, out of fear of losing control of a system nobody knew how to read.
Our work
- 01Clean before you addExcluded broad-match brand queries, removed off-target keywords. Every euro recovered funds a search that actually converts.
- 02Compare what had never been comparedReturn on ad spend calculated per campaign, search against Performance Max. We built a reusable analysis view directly in the interface, so the client could repeat the exercise alone.
- 03Raise the budget with a control methodReturn on spend drops when you raise budget. That's normal, and it isn't a problem as long as absolute revenue climbs. Showing this unlocked a budget doubling that would never have been approved otherwise.
- 04Follow what the data was already showingGoogle was serving the campaign on quiz-related searches: €3 spent, €66 generated. Competition there turned out to be low and bids cheap. A dedicated campaign was built during the session.
After the Evoxa method
July, before and after optimisation. Best month of the year for the client, against a decline running since January.
Practices involved
Acquisition only, on an existing account. The value didn't come from a new tool but from a way of reading the data: knowing what to compare, what to exclude, and when to scale.
